5th Annual Civil War Battle and Living History Weekend in Rockford
The Historic Village of Rockford and the 7th North Carolina Cavalry
along with the 21st Infantry, NC 30th and the NC 28th reenactors invite
you to step back in time and experience the life of a civil war soldier
at the 5th Annual Battle in Rockford Reenactment.
This year's event promises entertainment, excitement and surprises for the entire family. Rockford comes alive with Civil War History as the 7th North Carolina Cavalry rides into Rockford to exhibit battles, tacticals and History of the Civil War. This 2 day event will be ongoing with a campout of the
soldiers and their families Saturday night.
Food will be avaliable on the grounds both days. Bring your Lawn Chairs.
Battle Schedule-Saturday March 6, 2010 at 1:30pm and Sunday March 7, 2010 at 1:30pm.
Reenactors camps will be open to the public from 10am-4pm and camps closed during battles.
Confederate Sunday Morning Service will be held at 10:30am at the Rockford Amphitheater. Open to the Public!
